WHAT ARE FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS?
Family Constellations come from the Systemic Family Therapy, and was originally developed by the German therapist , Bert Hellinger. It shows us the ties and family dynamics (the roles we take as children, patterns of behaviour, blind and unconscious loyalties and love, reactions, entanglements, burdens) that affect us and make life difficult. Only when we become aware of them can we go beyond our family. Recognize what it is as it is.
Children, only on very few occasions, dare to break with all that, to transcend it and to allow themselves to follow a happier life. This influence goes on even when parents separate, children live far away or even some members of the family have no communication or are dead.

In Family Constellations the individual is not a separate entity but rather is considered as part of something greater, his/her family system. In any system there are laws operating, whether we are aware of them or not. A system has a tendency to repeat itself; it cannot change or create something different by itself. The change has to come from the outside, from an outside movement of the system.
This is the same for the human being, these laws guide our behaviour. The individual behaviour, feelings and attitudes can only be understood within this family system, a bigger group context.

FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS WORSKHOPS

I designed these family constellations workshops with meditations and open to the needs of the group that comes together at each moment. They are a journey of self discovery to your roots, to your ancestors to bring together what it is separated; to bring peace and harmony, to find your place in life and to let love flow again.
In each workshop we have the opportunity to look face to face at events in our life just as they happened at each participant ' s pace. The real family history comes to light, free of interpretations and judgements. Each workshop is unique and unrepeatable.
You can come to look into any problem or difficulty in your original family and in your present family, in previous relationships, in actual ones, at work; conflicts between countries and nationalities (marriage between people of different nationalities, adoptions etc ) and in any area of your life. This work helps you to restore those parts of your being that you have left behind ; damaged parts, now hidden away in dark places; shy of life, sometimes even ignored and forgotten, but without them one feels fragmented as if something is missing or lost.
Reconciliate with your destiny, your family system and life; to say yes to life, to your past and present, to everything that happened and to all that it is happening in this moment in your life.
These workshops work on a group and on an individual level at the same time:
- The group helps to find a reconciliation image.
- Individually, you don't need to tell anything about your family or yourself. Your secrets and intimacy are protected by the love and respect. You learn and integrate at your own pace.
You can come as a client (to work an issue), as a representative or as a participant who just wants to observe. All those in the workshop learn and experience the deep reaching of the family constellation work. All the family system of those present can feel the movement of connection, balance and harmony.

Who would benefit this work ?: To all those who have a problem or worry; all kinds of relationships: couples, parents-kids, at work; those suffering loss or with grievances; scripts and patterns that repeat over again; those with difficulties at work or in finding the work they want; those with economic difficulties; to sell or buy a house; change of work, town, country; abortions; frustration; feeling lost and, in general, when life is not flowing smoothly, we cannot express who we are and to experience a profound connection to yourself.

Registration for the workshop:
It is important to do the registration as soon as possible:
• The work starts from the moment of the full registration.
• There is a previous personal practical work, of searching, looking inside and meditating before the workshop.
• The energy and intention of each participant will focus; we prepare ourselves and have a clear intention.
• The dead line for registration is two days before each workshop.
• Limited places. Before you register make sure there are still places available.
How to register?
1. By email, for those ones that can not come to the Yoga Center:
• Send the personal information registration form and explain your intention in doing this workshop at this time in your life.
• Pay in the fee in the bank account, indicating your name, surname and date of the workshop.

2. Coming to the Yoga Center. Call for an appointment to make the payment and hand in the personal information booking form.
Terms and Conditions:
• Your participation is only guaranteed if the fee has been paid before the dead line.
• In case of cancellation, up to two days before the workshop the payment is kept by the center for the next workshop; after those two days this will not apply and no refunds will be given in any case. However, it is possible to transfer the fee to another person.
• No payment or registration after the deadline or on the same day of the workshop will be accepted.
Once the full registration is done:
¡ Do the homework! Keep a clear intention.
Pay attention to what happens around you from that moment, any repetition of situations, patterns, be aware! All of this is part of your personal process.
