Most of us are not aware of the importance of breathing deeply and being conscious of the breath and the body. Our feelings and emotions change all the time, the way we breathe too. The three - breathe, thoughts and emotions - are very connected; change one of them and the other ones change straight away.
In my daily practise and classes I see many imbalanced, anxiety and problems with a deep root in this division. The mind is going in one direction and the body with the emotions in another direction, the breath has to go along with it so we breathe in a very shallow way, so we don't feel too much what it is going on inside us.
We practice different styles of meditation as in guided meditation, with mantra, music, etc.

You can learn to use the power of your mind in a positive and constructive way; concentrate and relax your mind; bring your mind to the here and now, to the present; to look deep into yourself and receive images and messages from inside.

YOGA ART THERAPY WORKSHOP FOR KIDS

For children from three or three and half, it depends on the kid.
Yoga postures adapted to them, stretching, breathing, visualization, relaxation, art therapy (using colour, music and their own draws), interacting in groups and alone.
At the end of these workshops those parents interested will be able to talk to me about what I have observed through the drawings and their behaviour with the other kids in the class.
These workshops are aimed for children to enjoy, interact positively and learn to better express themselves. They are a unique opportunity for kids to express their emotions, to relate to other kids in a healthy way, to look at their lives and world in a positive way, to feel part of, integrated. To listen as well as talk.
It helps to keep their body strong, flexible, and toned up and to keep a healthy way of breathing like when we are small.
Highly recommended to all children and also the hyperactive, shy, with anxiety, stress, problems with brothers and sisters…
WORKSHOP FOR PARENTS
Workshops designed to improve the communication between parents and children. These workshops will have different themes:
- How to improve the communication with your children
- Why do your children lie? Techniques to avoid it.
- Alternatives to punishment.
- How to encourage your children to help at home?
Learn:
New ways to improve the relationship with your children.
Techniques to communicate in each situation.
To help them in the relationship between brothers and sisters: How to overcome the jealousy, fights and comparing.
To accept them the way they are and for them to learn how to accept themselves.
To manage their emotions.
To teach them how to build a positive image for themselves.
All parents worry about the emotional development of their children, but nobody teach us how to help them in this development and how to guide them to find the security and strength to be themselves.
These workshops will give you the opportunity to look directly to the heart of the relationship between parents and child and to know how as a parent you can lead the way, guide and coach your children.
